ProducerFury vs Just Drop The Beat

Two tools, two completely different bets. ProducerFury is a CRM and cold-email outreach suite that helps you build a contact list of artists and send them beat packs. Just Drop The Beat ships one upload across seven platforms in a single pass. Here is an honest, side-by-side look at where each one fits.

ProducerFury is a real product solving a real problem. We are pointed at a different bottleneck and we want to represent its scope honestly. If you spot anything inaccurate on this page, please let us know and we will fix it.

Product overview

What is ProducerFury?

A producer CRM and outreach suite. The Finder scrapes Spotify and Instagram for artists that match your sound, the CRM tracks them as prospects and connections, and the email autopilot sends tagged beat packs through your own Gmail account on a recurring schedule. It also bundles a free MP3-to-YouTube uploader, an AI beat-name generator, and beat-license PDF templates.

What is Just Drop The Beat?

A multi-platform distribution tool. Drop a WAV or MP3 from any DAW with a cover image, and JDTB renders the right video per platform, generates the right cover crops, and uploads to BeatStars, Airbit, YouTube, SoundCloud, TikTok, Instagram, and TrakTrain in one pass. A small Chrome extension drives the marketplaces that have no public API.

The two different bets

ProducerFury and JDTB sit on opposite sides of the producer workflow:

  • ProducerFury bets that finding artists is the hard part. Once you have a track, the assumption is that you already know how to upload it. The job is identifying the right artists, building a relationship, and sending them beats they might actually use. The whole product is shaped around that.
  • JDTB bets that distribution is the hard part. Once the WAV is ready, you still have to log into seven platforms, render a different video for each one, retype the same metadata, and watch out for platform-specific quirks. JDTB compresses that into one upload.

Where ProducerFury wins

To be fair to ProducerFury, the CRM and outreach surface is something JDTB does not touch.

Artist Finder with real filters

Filter prospects by Spotify monthly listeners, Instagram followers, location, and similar-to-artist matches. JDTB does not do prospecting at all.

Email autopilot with dedupe

Recurring sends to tagged contacts with tracking so the same artist never gets the same beat twice. Useful if your business model is direct outreach for placements.

Free Starter tier with no credit card

Ten Finder prospects per day, 1 GB storage, 500 emails a month through Gmail. Enough to run a small outreach pipeline indefinitely. Plus an AI beat-name generator and beat-license PDF templates bundled in.

Where Just Drop The Beat wins

JDTB makes a different bet: that distribution across every platform is the bigger time sink, and that producers should not have to pick a CRM to use the tool.

Seven platforms, not one and a half

BeatStars, Airbit, YouTube, SoundCloud, TikTok, Instagram, and TrakTrain all from one upload. ProducerFury distributes to YouTube and imports from BeatStars; everything else is on you.

Drives marketplaces, not just imports them

A Chrome extension fills the BeatStars and Airbit upload forms with title, tags, BPM, key, description, artwork, and price. ProducerFury reads from BeatStars but does not push to it.

Per-platform video rendering

A long-form video for YouTube and the Instagram main feed, a vertical hook for TikTok and Reels. Each one rendered to land first time on its platform, automatically from one source.

Bulk upload and public pricing

Drop a folder of beats and let JDTB run them through every platform. Save reusable flows for free drops, paid drops, or back-catalogue migrations. Free Starter tier with ten uploads a month, £10/$14 a month for Pro, £13/$18 a month for Premium, all listed publicly. ProducerFury hides Growth and Professional pricing until you sign up.

Which one fits you?

Three honest cases:

  • Your business model is direct outreach for placements. ProducerFury is the right shape. Find rappers and singers who match your sound, send them beat packs, track replies, follow up. JDTB does not solve any of that.
  • You sell catalog beats and need them on every platform. JDTB is the better fit by a wide margin. Per-platform video, seven-platform reach, bulk upload, and a free Starter tier add up to a different scale of time saving than a CRM.
  • You do both: outreach and catalog. Run them side by side. ProducerFury for who you send beats to, JDTB for where those beats live. They do not step on each other.

Our verdict

ProducerFury and JDTB are pointed at different parts of the producer workflow, not at each other. If your bottleneck is finding artists and reaching out to them, ProducerFury is the right tool. If your bottleneck is everything that happens after the WAV is ready, across the seven platforms producers actually use in 2026, JDTB wins, and it has a free Starter tier with paid plans starting at £10/$14 a month. Most producers who try to compare the two will end up running both, which is the most honest answer we can give.
